BMS Service Engineer

BMS Service Engineer London Full Time / Permanent £40,000 - £60,000 (can be negotiated further depending on experience) MUST have BMS experience!!

They are seeking 2 Service Engineers to join the Service Team and could look at Trainee BMS Engineers or experienced individuals.
A lot of their work is commercial buildings but do also look after private hospitals, data centres and a few high end residential buildings.

The role of a BMS Service Engineer:
To carry out PPMs on BMS systems across a range of systems and sites
To fault find and carry out repairs
To produce reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings
Working closely with the coordination teams and the Service Manager
To work closely with customers and ensure they are happy with the work and to make them aware of the benefits and the savings
Quoting for replacements of parts
Be proactive with providing energy solutions and ideas
MUST have experience with either Trend, Tridium, Distech, Delta or Siemens
