Leverage your understanding of Digital Media Advertising, Research, and hands-on experience to deliver customer samples in this cutting-edge role that will inform customer sentiment and insight. As a specialist supporting several Market Research areas and armed with extensive experience with SQL and Adobe Campaign, you will be tasked with evolving the capability, regularly sharing your expertise with the wider team, and have the opportunity to guide the development of best practises.
Sky prides itself on being customer-led and this role will involve working closely with Research teams across Sky in ensuring we maximise the input customers have on our understanding and decision making. As a campaigns expert, you will be play a critical role in delivering effectively targeted research projects which will support Sky Media, our Product, Content and customer service teams while sitting at the heart of Sky’s Sales & Marketing Consumer Group.
What you'll do
*
Accurately and effectively deliver sampling requirements as briefed, often against tight deadlines by using a suite of campaign management tools and free-hand SQL coding.

Work in partnership with Data Planners, Delivery Managers, Market Research stakeholders to shape sampling requirements and provide advice on data and capabilities.
*
Automate sample delivery and build process efficiencies.
*
As a specialist within Market Research be responsible for regularly sharing your expertise with the wider Market Research and Campaign Development teams
*
Deliver quality samples through established QA and data validation processes.
*
Proactively identifying and liaise with the right teams to address data quality issues.
What you'll bring
*
Experience with Adobe Campaign (at least 2 years) or similar Campaign Management tools such as IBM Unica or Salesforce.
*
Deep understanding and appreciation of market research techniques
*
Highly enumerative with strong analytical skills. High levels of logical thinking & problem-solving skills.
*
Solid experience utilising SQL (and/or other querying languages) to conduct detailed investigations. Experience with manipulation of large datasets.
*
Able to work to a very high standard even under pressure and tight deadlines.
*
Organisationally aware- knowledge of the best ways to get things done.
*
Proven track record establishing successful business relationships with stakeholders, building up on your expert knowledge of CRM best-practices.
