This international law firm advises on complex disputes and transactions, with a strong sector focus on Energy, Transport and associated Infrastructure. The firm's global practice is integrated across their offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America, allowing them to advice clients across borders and locally.
The firm's Employment team advise on the full range of employment matters for employers and employees and are especially strong in the energy and transport industries, where clients benefit from the firm's sector-specific knowledge. They advise on corporate reorganisation, restructuring and outsourcing agreements, including in relation to TUPE issues. On contentious matters, their experience ranges from works council and collective bargaining to disciplinary issues and termination of employment. They are experienced in employment law proceedings, regularly representing clients in tribunals and courts. The team act for multinational corporates, in-house lawyers, HR professionals, finance directors, managing directors and individuals.
The firm are seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join their market-leading team in London. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience gain in a highly regarded City or international law firm in London. You will be experienced in advising employers and senior executives on both contentious and non-contentious employment law as well as having excellent academics.
