Job Title:                              Assistant Quantity Surveyor                      

Location:                             Bingham             

Salary:                                  £30k - £32k

Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday

Type:                                  Permanent

Start Date:                        Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with a well-established, specialist contractor in Nottinghamshire.

Duties of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor      

Cost Value Reporting
Managing Retentions
Site Visits
Variations
Sub-contractor payments and notices
Remeasures and Pricing
Interim Valuations
Contract administration

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
Experience in the construction industry
Working understanding of Microsoft Office applications             
CSCS card beneficial
