About Us: Our client are a prestigious company specializing in the installation of internal architecture in luxury properties. They are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the execution of our high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the installation of bespoke flooring and internal architectural elements in luxury properties.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
* Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or luxury property sector.
* Extensive knowledge of internal architectural installations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver’s license.
Desirable Attributes:
* A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
