As a member of the dynamic team, you are co-responsible for the seamless support of the entire sales process. Your daily interactions with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics enable you to focus on the administrative aspects of the sales and order process. In close cooperation with your team, you contribute to optimizing the sales of the products.

Over jou

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level;
• Preferably several years of experience in a commercial or service-oriented environment;
• Open, enthusiastic, service-oriented, assertive, decisive, and solution-focused;
• Organized and a valuable team player;
• Proficient in both German and English, with a preference for a third language e.g. Dutch.

• Coordination of orders with the sales team;
• Accurate administrative processing of orders in the systems;
• Proactive follow-up of outstanding orders;
• Performing ad-hoc tasks to support representatives and customers, such as providing item information or conducting inventory checks.
