Maintenance Assistant
£25,000 - £25,400 + Van
Leicester
Mon-Friday – 40 Hours
Mainstay recruitment are currently working with a well established company who are looking to recruit for a Maintenance Assistant. As a Maintenance assistant you will be performing a variety of maintenance across 3 commercial sites within Leicester. The Maintenance Assistant will be performing a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights, replacing sockets.
Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance across 3 sites within Leicester
The Maintenance Assistant will be performing a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights, replacing sockets.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will assist other trades with any work being completed on sites
You will also assist with any refurbishment projects
As a Maintenance Assistant you will ensure all work completed is in line with Health and Safety regulationsCandidate:
The relevant candidate must have experience in performing a variety of maintenance tasks
The relevant candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in performing planned and reactive maintenance
Full UK Driving license
