£45,000 to £55,000 + Car allowance

Are you from a build / civils background?
TS Recruitment are actively working with a build and civils Contractor based on the outskirts of Newcastle who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the family business.
Benefits
* Basic salary circa £45-55,000 per annum
* Car allowance £400 per month
* 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions
Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Senior Estimator, Finance director and MD.
* Carry out Estimates and submit tenders for build and civils projects.
* Attend client meetings to build relationships.
* Complete tenders on causeway software.
* Liaise with clients regarding variations and value engineering to help secure work.
* Attend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team.
Company Details
* £30 million turnover business
* Project values from £500k to £10 million
* Family feel and have long-term working relationships.
* Work on commercial build projects and civil projects.
Knowledge/Experience:
* Commercial experience working as an Estimator.
* Experience working on projects over £5 million.
* Construction qualification preferred.
* Good IT skills including Microsoft excel and causeway or conquest.
* Full UK driving license
