Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal with Pathway to Training Contract

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's dynamic conveyancing team. The successful candidate will support their solicitors in all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions for our clients. After one year of exemplary performance, the paralegal will be eligible for a training contract, paving the way to a rewarding legal career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Conduct property searches and compile relevant documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
- Handle client inquiries and provide updates on transaction progress.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Draft correspondence and reports as required.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or working towards it.
- Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
