About the Role
Joining us as an IT Vendor and Application Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with IT vendors, overseeing the performance and maintenance of various software applications and ensuring value for money. You’ll ensure that vendor services and applications align with the business needs and adhere to the company’s standards and policies.
About You
With proven experience in IT vendor management and application management roles, you’ll have a strong understanding of IT vendor management practices, contract negotiation, and application lifecycle management. Candidates will have a familiarity with enterprise applications, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. You must have relevant certifications in IT services management (e.g. ITIL) and vendor management (e.g. CIPS) are preferred.
Above all, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with vendors, stakeholders and technical teams.
