Ford & Stanley – Specialists in Digital are recruiting a Software Development Team Lead for an industry-leading automotive specialist who are Europe’s leading automotive locksmith supplier.

Location:

Nottingham, East Midlands (Hybrid Working – 3 days in office, 2 days at home).

Role and Responsibilities:

Full stack web development responsibilities for someone passionate about crafting applications and websites to the high standards.
Creating a harmonious and cohesive set of applications that are a joy for users to use and robust enough for developers to make changes efficiently.
Incorporating TypeScript into the business’s applications.
Has at least five years of commercial experience.
Modernising legacy codebases.
The Candidate

Can clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Recognises when code abstraction and performance enhancements are required.
Feels comfortable creating UIs, APIs, and database queries.
Has a sound understanding of web development fundamentals.
Values readable, self-documenting code.
Essentials
