Position: Legal Counsel, Commercial (NQ - 2 year UK Qualified Solicitor)

Location: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid working with 2 days office based)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
Exciting new Junior Legal Counsel opportunity for an NQ to 2-year qualified Solicitor (or soon to be qualified) Commercial Solicitor to join an In-House legal division in the Milton Keynes region, this role offers hybrid working, with two days a week office based.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate general commercial agreements such NDA's, master service agreements, supply contracts and terms of business.
Provide legal advice and support on data protection matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate legal requirements and implications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and mitigate legal risks.Requirements:
UK qualified Solicitor, NQ to 2 years PQE (or soon to be qualified).
Experience handling general commercial agreements/contracts
Ideally some exposure within in data protection and/or compliance would be preferred.
In-house background would be advantageous, but we also welcome candidates from private practice (or who have done an In-House secondment).
Confident and proactive approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.Benefits:
