The Complex Care Team are looking for a Band 6 Community Nurse to support their team for a boy in Stoke on Trent on a 3 month placement. We require children’s nurses with skills in medicine administration, enteral feeding, seizure recognition and management and community experience. Job Description is attached and additional requirements are listed below. If you have an suitable candidates please forward their CVs.
• Band 6 – Community Nurse
• Working: Nights & Twilight shifts
• Hours: Twilight to be negotiated with the family, Night – 22:00 – 07:00
• Location: Stoke on Trent
• Experience working with children, and/or nurses with ITU experience
• Management of tracheostomies, ventilators and complex seizures.
• Driving Licence essential
• Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks
Additional Information
• Patient is epileptic
• Needs enteral feeding and meds
• Displays uncontrolled movements which seem like lashing out but he’s not

Day: P-£24.00 /U-£26.00 p/h
Night/Sat: P-£30/U-£35 p/h
Sun/BH: P-£38/U£40
