Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized job coaching and support to SEN individuals, helping them to secure and sustain meaningful employment.
Develop and implement tailored employment plans, including skills assessment, job matching, and career development strategies.
Work collaboratively with employers to create inclusive workplaces and advocate for reasonable adjustments and accommodations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance job readiness skills, such as CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace communication.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, offering ongoing guidance and adjusting plans as needed.
Stay updated with best practices in SEN employment support and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications:
Relevant degree or qualification in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
Extensive experience in job coaching, vocational training, or employment support for SEN individuals.
Proven track record of successfully supporting clients into sustainable employment.
Knowledge of local employment laws and disability rights.
