Join our network of schools in Walsall, dedicated to supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
* Support students with PMLD, SLD, and ASD in group and one-on-one settings.
* Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists.
* Help with personal care tasks as needed.
* Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
* Experience with PMLD, SLD, and ASD.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and passion for special education.
* Team player with a proactive approach.
