As they continue their ambitious expansion, Delifresh is seeking a passionate and proactive Buyer to join their team. You will be at the centre of Delifresh, sourcing new products & suppliers, negotiating prices and developing buyers’ assistants to improve their knowledge and skills and support their development .
Key Responsibilities will include:
Oversee stock management and supplier diversity.
Negotiate cost reductions and ensure competitive pricing.
Review and manage supplier performance and SLAs.
Handle supplier disputes and administrative issues.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Source new suppliers to meet company standards.
Network at trade shows and stay informed.
Develop new product purchasing strategies.
Benchmark market data and improve KPIs.
Train and mentor team members.
About You :
Expertise in purchasing strategies and supply chains.
Food procurement experience preferred.
CIPS Level 5 (desirable).
Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Proven in supplier relationship building.
Effective negotiation skills.
