Controllers

The Controller will conduct and coordinate a variety of business activities relating to employees, customers, suppliers, auditors, banks, regulatory agencies and other relevant individuals. This accounting professional will work with other employees to maintain and improve a variety of accounting related systems and procedures including payables, collections, cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis.
• Continuously exhibit strong attention to detail.
• Prepare and coordinate the annual budget at the corporate level.
• Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses/solutions to corporate financial concerns (labor, cash, spending, etc.)
• Actively execute methods to support strong internal controls via audits and ongoing process assessments.
• Support and perform monthly forecast process as required.
• Assist in preparation of capital appropriations requests; ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Accurately maintain and execute the balance sheet, account reconciliation, and asset recording/booking and depreciation.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, financial management or other business related discipline.
• 3 or more years of progressive financial management/balance sheet experience.
• High level of computer literacy (Accpac, Sales Force, MS Suite,.....).
• Experience with multi-site operations.
