Duties:

·       Manage and develop our business with a wide variety of the existing key accounts including Atlantic business owners and international investors.

·       Evaluate and excavate key accounts’ needs, conduct business reviews for key accounts on a regular basis, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client relationships and expand sales growth.

·       Develop effective sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets, identify potential sales opportunities, analyze sales data, and prepare reports of budget and expenditures to the Director accordingly.

·       Work closely with the Director to organize and monitor the daily operations of sales team, including business development, marketing and customer support activities, lead and train the team to deliver exceptional services and improve the overall sales performance.

·       Review and update the service proposals and presentations for the key clients including venture capital and private equity investors from worldwide, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.

·       Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the clients.

·       Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics in worldwide financial center such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore, adjusting key account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.

·       Stay updated with market trends and best investment practices especially in Atlantic Canada and Asian market, anticipating changes in key clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

·       University degree or above.

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in key accounts sales management or related experience.

·       Preference will be given to those with experience in investment sales management related work.

·       Outstanding leadership and resource integration skills.

·       Demonstrated strong ability to achieve performance targets and work in a high paced environment.

·       Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills are an asset.

·       Abilities to negotiate effectively with investment intermediaries and partners.
