We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services coordinator, based in offices – full time in the DA18 – Thamesmead/Belvedere /Erith area.
The Role
You will be assisting the Customer Services Manager with all day to day activities such as;
Liasing with clients in regard to their printing & documentation orders
Updating them of progress
Working to ever changing deadlines
Updating CRM for all parties to know of work in progress.
Escalating issues to CSM and providing some solutions to prevent further disruption & delays
Undertaking all admin duties
Updating excel spreadsheets for project updates.
