An established, award-winning, full-service practice of professional Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers specialising in the Cost Management of Construction and its related activities is looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor, Private Housing - Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

In this position, you will be taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in sizes typically ranging from £500k to over £5m, private homes, housing association projects, education and healthcare projects.

The role will include traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration and Project Management.

Skills/ Experience

PQS experience, ideally some Employers Agent experience
Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties.
Knowledge of JCT contracts.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree.

Package |

Salary Negotiable (£40k-£60k), subject to experience.
