Smart Teachers are recruiting! Are you looking for you next role teaching Science in East London ?

This is a full-time permanent role teaching Science Stage 3 and 4 students due to commence in September 2024.

The Role

As an Science ECT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and support students to achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for tracking student progress, providing feedback, and working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and possess relevant experience teaching Science. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Science curriculum, along with the ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire and motivate students.

We are looking for

A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.
To join us and be successful in this Science ECT role you will need to

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
