I am proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their medium sized Luxury care home based in Staines Upon Thames. The service is a classic elderly nursing home situated in a peaceful environment that is a 5 minutes walk from the River Thames. This role would suit a Home Manager or Deputy Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a nursing care home. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home or Deputy Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard, The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and want to hire who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.

Requirements
Nursing Home or Deputy Manager experience (Essential).
RGN or NON nurse
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

Location
The home is based in Staines Upon Thames and commutable from Slough, Ascot, Weybridge, Guildford, Farnborough and surrounding areas.

Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home or Deputy Manager, with or without a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £50,000.
