Compass Associates are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to work for a small provider with a medium nursing home. The home specialises in nursing care and has a requirement to ensure an exceptional level of care is delivered.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a management background in Nursing Homes have a good or above CQC report. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate and drive the staff team, network with the local community and external bodies, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
Requirements
RGN or Nurse Qualification
Management Experience
Excellent Understanding of CQC
Dementia experience
