An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a leading manufacturer of dust and fume extraction solutions.
About the company:
Providing business services across the UK and internationally. They specialise in:
* Dust and fume control products and solutions
* Local exhaust ventilation (LEV)
Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Business Development Manager will be responsible for direct end-user sales, through to proactive business development and marketing activities.
* Developing relationships with existing distributors to grow sales and build relationships.
* Developing distribution sales networks within the UK and Europe.
* Expanding sales of newly introduced products.
* Launching and marketing of new products.
* Managing the full sales process from lead generation through to quote and completion.
Experience & Skills needed:
* Sales experience in the LEV market, ideally selling to manufacturing companies.
* Ability to manage a field based role with regular travel.
* A proactive sales approach.
* Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work from autonomy and manage own diary.
In return:
* Basic salary circa £50k
* Uncapped commission, huge earning potential. (£70,000k OTE)
