Our client is a thriving and fast-growing company who offer excellent career progression and company benefits. They are looking for an experienced customer service person who has an excellent telephone manner, an ability to multitask and enjoys building rapport with customers over the phone in order to give the best service.
Responsibilities:
* Receive & answer inbound enquires from customers
* Taking payments and setting up payment plans
* Speak to a variety of customers to build rapport/understanding their needs
Candidate Qualities & Experience:
* Proven customer service experience
* Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
* Team player with the ability to self-motivate
* Computer-literate
* Ability to multitask with strong eye for detail
Working Hours
Monday to Friday- rotational shift. One short Saturday every 4 weeks
