Overview:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's business in Thorne. The ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. If you have a passion for customer service, some office experience, and enjoy assisting customers, this role could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Represent the company by advising business customers on products and putting orders through the system.
Outbound calling to business customer contacts to advise of any delivery or despatch issues to keep them updated.
Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Perform accurate data entry and update customer records on the internal system

To be successful in your application there will be a screening process which will assess your suitability for the role, covering:

Communication skills - you need to be confident on the telephone and able to speak to and solve problems efficiently and without fuss for a variety of different people who are business customers.
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

The role has 20 days holiday + bank holidays, parking on site, public transport links and working hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
