Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience post degree
Salary: Up to 60,000 AED (£12,500) per month (dependent on experience)
A leading real estate development company based in Dubai are seeking a Senior Project Manager to contribute to this vast period of continued growth. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a business renowned for its high-end residential communities, commercial properties, and prestigious leisure and hospitality projects across key Middle Eastern cities, and internationally.
Their portfolio includes expansive gated communities, luxury apartments, world-class sports venues, and international developments, all designed to offer premium facilities and an exclusive lifestyle.
The Senior Project Managers role
The successful Senior Project Manager will join this world class developer known for its excellence in delivering complex and large-scale projects. This role focuses on the delivery of some of their iconic developments, taking projects from acquisition through to handover stage. You will be based in Dubai, being hands on delivering these projects to a reputable standard.
What’s required for the Senior Project Manager?
* Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in working with a Developer, Main Contractor, or Project Management Consultancy running residential tower projects.
* Must be able to showcase a project portfolio in the Middle East with the ability to hit the ground running.
* Should already be stationed in the Middle East.
* Understand and demonstrate through your experience taking a project to handover stage (essential).
* Availability to start immediately on an active project.
